The Process for homeowners and retailers
Each year homeowners save their money to buy new flooring to improve the value and appearance of their home. However, sometimes the desired results are not satisfactory. You file a complaint with the retailer who files a complaint with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will send an email or a fax to a person. This will be a “Mill Inspector” who does several inspections a day on a route. The mill inspector’s job is simple, “determine if the claim is manufacturing related or not”. The mill inspector is there to represent the manufacturer in your claim. He is not there to tell you who or what caused your problem. His job is to represent the manufacturer.
Retailers and Homeowners, you need someone to represent your interest.
Retailers, do not turn over the control of your good name and customer relations to a stranger. You can take control of your claims processes insuring your customer is treated fairly and with respect.

INSURANCE COMPANIES
CLAIMS ADJUSTORS, protect your clients and your company from bias reports on water or fire damage to floors. Many times, your company may pay for remedial resolutions only to replace the flooring at a later date. Save time, money and protect yourself and your clients, hire a third party with no vested interest.

RETAILERS
RETAILERS, instead of turning over control of your business to strangers in a claims office and a route mill inspector, take control of your business. An experience inspector you hire direct can not only tell you the cause of the problem but also help you understand the Cause and Effect to prevent future problems. The mill inspector is there to determine if it is a manufacturer’s problem or not. He is not there to help you and your customer understand or explain the problem. His job is to identify manufacturing defects by “Industry Standards and Publications”. To do several inspections a day at “Mill Rates” the inspector can not allow allocate more than a few minutes per claim each day. Your customers, who entrusted their money and the value of their home in your capable hands, deserves more than a fifteen minute inspection. Take control of your business, hire the inspector directly to show your customers you care.

ARCHITECTS, CONSTRUCTION SPECIFIERS AND CONTRACTORS
When a CONSTRUCTION SPECIFIER, ARCHITECT or CONTRACTOR contracts to have flooring installed in large commercial or residential locations, the job is costly. Any failures or problems will multiply that cost by a factor over 10X. Removal of furniture, fixtures, and the disassembly of office equipment such as printers and computers by outside contractors is huge. Problems can not, must not happen.
PRE-SITE INSPECTIONS AND EVALUATIONS (TESTING) PREVENTS PROBLEMS.
Moisture testing is by the ASTM F2170 standards to measure RELATIVE HUMIDITY in Concrete or the ASTM F1869-04 (or ASTM F1869-034) standards to measure the Vapor Emissions from CONCRETE. The testing will only be done in full compliance with the ASTM standards for your protection.
